Enrichment
We are excited to offer our Gift of Creation Outdoor Studio, a unique outdoor learning environment. Included in our curriculum, each class enjoys a dedicated weekly session in this inspiring space.
Led by our Preschool Director, the Gift of Creation Outdoor Studio invites children to explore God's creation through open-ended art, culinary experiences, nature exploration, sensory play, and long-term creative projects. Using materials such as clay, natural elements, light and shadow, and loose parts, children are encouraged to investigate, create, collaborate, and express their ideas in meaningful ways.
The Gift of Creation Outdoor Studio extends learning beyond the classroom, providing children with opportunities to deepen their curiosity, build confidence, and experience the joy of discovery while celebrating the beauty of God's creation.
Art
We take pride in offering a dynamic art program. We are fortunate to provide every child in our school with the opportunity to engage in the creativity, uniqueness, and joy that come with artistic expression. Our enrichment art class goes beyond painting; it explores a variety of materials for creating beautiful masterpieces. Art can be expressed in countless forms, and we value the chance to learn about each child through their creations, allowing them to proudly showcase their individuality through art.
Cooking
Our cooking class is not just an ordinary cooking class; it incorporates science, mathematics, language development, and the use of all five senses. Children begin by conducting a science experiment, where they observe and become little scientists, figuring out different hypotheses about how and why things are happening. Using natural ingredients, children mix, measure, and learn about recipes, and at times, they even create their own!
Chapel
Our faith is important to us, we want the children to learn about God and all the beautiful things He has created, especially the love He has for everyone. On Tuesdays and Fridays, the children participate in a 15-minute service where they listen to Bible stories. Sometimes, Charlie the Dog and Bible Bird make special appearances. Charlie and Bible Bird are our chapel puppets, which make learning about the Lord even more special.
